Very bummed! I called in asking how much a service would cost. I figured they knew that meant I would be coming in. I walked in the door and told the girl I was the one who called and she told me, “oh I’m so sorry I didn’t know you were coming in- we just closed our machine for the day.” The hours on your website state that you are open until 7pm and there was nothing different about holiday hours listed either. I don’t live here either- I live in Nashville and this place was suggested to me. So glad I wasted the gas in my car to come! 😒

The pedicures they did were really nice, but the nails were not good quality work. I got dip and they all started chipping off within a week. The top coat started peeling off on day two. They just seemed to rush us even though we made an appointment.

My nail tech was very rough and made me bleed a few times. She was very nice though.

My nails are very uneven and some parts don’t even have nail polish on them. I would have so much rather them tell me they couldn’t fit me in rather than rush. I don’t feel like my nails are worth what I paid.
