Came here from out of town to get a fill and pedicure before my vacation. There was one worker (a male) that performed both services. My pedicure was done nicely. However, my fill in was probably the worst I’ve ever received from any establishment. Two of my nails started to lift and completely come off after only two days. I couldn’t get back to the location to have them fix them as I was on a cruise for 6 days. The nails were filed sloppy and were very uneven. My French manicure looks nothing like the picture I showed the nail tech. Sadly, I will not return to this location whenever I’m in the area again.

I have came to this nail salon for years. It is always a good experience. They are clean, do a great job, and are definitely worth the visit over other local places. They have 8 nail stations and 8 pedicure stations plus they offer waxing and chair massages.

Sorry to say my nails came off within days of each other after getting hard gel. I left the idea of hard gel behind after this experience because I went two times for a chance of repair, and it didn’t seem to help. I believe the technician wanted it to work, but it just wouldn’t cure properly due to technique. The nails that were redone popped off first after I had to go back a second time. Therefore, the technique was certainly the issue. I would appreciate a refund for the issue since I did go up there twice, and I tried to settle to no avail.

First time in and i’ll be back every week for my fills. Michael was amazing and quick! He helped me figured out what I had and wanted. They turned out exactly how i wanted them! Kind staff I will be back. 🙂

Do not go to the guy who works in seat 6 for manicures.

I went to him once before, and I didn’t have that many problems aside from him flinging my hands when he was done with them.

I would have given more stars if it weren’t for him. He is very unprofessional. He doesn’t care to check if your nails are the same size/shape unless you ask him.

But oh boy when you do ask him to fix something, he literally starts huffing and puffing and making noises with an attitude.

He applied an extra layer of dip powder on one nail and it was noticeably bulkier than the others. I asked him if he can drill it down more, and he got upset. He took the file (not drill) and start filing my nail and skin. The skin under my nail is raw and red. I told him nevermind and asked him to stop because it was hurting me.

He is also inpatient and didn’t wait for my nails to dry before rubbing them with oil. I had to reapply clear nail polish on my left hand’s fingernails when I got home.

If you come here, go to anyone else.
