I booked an acrylic fill as my usual tech was unavailable. Vivian tried to pressure me into getting hard gel instead, and when I refused, said she thought the powder my tech used was bad (we chose a beige-y color) and didn’t want to do a fill on it. So she RIPPED OFF my current set, and even after I told her it hurt and my nails are naturally very thin she did not stop. The red of my nail bed was visible in some areas. Didn’t use a clean file to “buff” my natural nails and it was very painful due to how thin they now are. I only wanted a solid color and Vivian kept trying to convince me to add other colors, art, and glitter.

A $40 manicure turned into $65 they charge $10 to remove old set $10 for a glitter polish I never paid for a service like this but I was desperate to get my nails done. It’s sad because I asked at the beginning what I want and how much it costs. Today it has not been a week from this service n polish is falling off I won’t return to this place even though they have lot of fun colors to choose

The WORST experience EVER!!!! My daughter could do my toes better than this lady….I am not picky but for what I paid I would think they wouldn’t allow me to leave the shop in this condition… She took her time made me late for work and ….She bumped my nails several times and did a shabby fix of her mistake. See pics below I’m so disappointed…..they offered to have someone else do my nails but at this point I have lost complete confidence in this shop!!! I really need a REFUND!!! Not even filed evenly smdh

May is absolutely amazing. Not everyone in here is really “great” at nails but everyone is nice and the place is clean and well kept. And.. did I mention how phenomenal May is???
