If I could give no stars I would. I ended up leaving before she even got to the painting process they are crooked and the gel is piled on! The only reason I went here is because I had a gift card I will never go back they charged me $75 and Now I have an appointment somewhere else to go get my nails done right! I am absolutely furious I leave for vacation tomorrow and wasted an hour and a half to get nothing accomplished there. I highly recommend going somewhere else anywhere else!

My nails are going everywhere but straight across. They look absolutely terrible! I tried to correct her on the shape and she reshaped it slanted again to the opposite side 🙄. All different shapes and lengths on a basic refill. On top of that she continuously drilled my cuticles and cut me. And she tried to overcharge me, I had to correct her as she was looking at the pricing sheet. Terrible service! Will not be coming back again.

Pics say it all. $90 for a fill and a pedicure, and no massage which was supposed to be included. I made an appointment and they had me waiting for a long time, they also made my nails way to thick and the shape wasn’t good, she missed polish on the side and there’s a gap on the bottom it looks like I need a fill and I JUST got them done. They also weren’t that clean. I tipped them over 15% because I’m too nice, but I’m never going back here and do not recommend. They also used the same foot scruber on me as they did on the person before me.

I get my nails done by Nisa, she’s fantastic as is Nick who has done my nails once too. They both can do basically any design you ask for. I get tons of compliments on my nails.

I went in on a Sunday since my regular salons were closed and I desperately needed a self care day as a busy mom. Boy, was I in for a ride. First, the tech never stopped talking to the techs on either side of her (complaining about work) to the point that the drill slipped off my nails during prep no less than 3 times. I have thin nail beds to begin with and she pressed down so hard on the dremel that she was burning my nail beds. When she applied the builder gel, and I went to cure them, I cannot explain the level of pain that I endured from the burning. Now, a slight burn has happened before at other salons, but I’ve been able to tolerate it (not the 2 I now go between). This, was to a whole different degree. I was on the verge of screaming and crying despite my high pain tolerance. The owner(?) I believe.. came over after I asked the tech “is it supposed to burn this badly?” The correct answer is, no, it absolutely is not. The nail prep has not been done correctly or humanely. When the owner came over, she looked me dead in the eye and said “us women need to be strong and we smile, sometimes I go to my room and get my pillow, scream into it and come back out with a smile.” MA’AM. WHAT?! Being the person I am, I laughed and moved on but wanted to burst into tears. Next, the tech filed my nails. Still talking to her coworkers, she then cut me multiple times.. hardly noticing. If this all wasn’t enough, all of my nails are uneven lengths and my right thumb nail looks like a ski slope. I should have ditched the design inspo pic and just went with a solid color.. but I kept giving this girl the benefit of a doubt. It all looks atrocious. Nothing at all like the pictures. For the thumb, which wasn’t very visible, she made up her own design.. which was actually cute. Until she went to the polish racks and brought back a glitter polish and proceeded to bedazzle that nail. There are pieces of glitter scattered all over my nails. I paid $85 dollars + tip for this horrific experience and set. Yeah, I could have walked out multiple times.. but that’s not me. I have NEVER in my 13 years of getting my nails done ever had such a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop that actually takes pride in their work and looks after their clients with genuine care and courtesy.
