I took my daughter and her friends for pedicures to celebrate her 10th birthday. I called ahead and was told they only needed a days notice for groups. When we arrived they immediately knew who we were, and all the girls got their pedis at the same time, so no one had to wait until the others were done. Very clean and bright environment, and wonderfully professional and kind designers.

Extremely disappointed with the way the whole visit went. My young daughter went in for a special treat to get her nails done and the tech barely spoke one word to her, aggressively buffed her nails and at one point threw a UV light that wasn’t working. My daughter was extremely taken back and would barely say a word until we got into the car and she told me the woman hurt her fingers. In addition a no design plain acrylic tip cost $100. We definitely will not be back.

I was in town to visit family and went in for a mani, while my hubby and BIL went to the golf range. They did a good job on my nails, however, I felt this place was dirty, staff wasn’t friendly. It has a depressing vibe. The lady next to me had 2 different shades of pink on her hands and when she complained, they weren’t apologetic, they treated her like she was a massive inconvenience. For a newer place in a modern building this place fell flat of expectations. Learn to smile, offer customers a drink, clean the windows, counters by check out, gel books and floors. Maybe put on some music? Small changes could make a HUGE difference!

Edit: I have debated leaving a negative review because I don’t want to hurt a small business, and the owner is a really nice man. However, since my first visit, I have had several unpleasant experiences, mostly with the owner’s wife. Personal experiences aside, when you make appointments, you still have to wait up to an hour sometimes. And then, appointments feel very rushed. It is also very expensive, and the product is cheap and chips if you don’t use certain brands, like OPI. Before moving here from a similar area, I paid $45-60 for dip depending on the design. At 380, I pay $70 for regular dip, no design, but usually upwards of $90-100 after a 20% tip. T, who did a fantastic job, no longer works here.

I went into 380 because I work nearby and had just moved to Iowa from Arkansas. I went to another popular nail place first, and my experience was less than satisfactory after paying $90 for a dip manicure that was rushed and chipped within less than a week. 380 nails, on the other hand, took their time and was super friendly. They asked questions and gave me exactly what I wanted. My nails lasted over 3 weeks before I went to get them done again. (The two pics are 3 weeks apart.) Much better than other local places in the opinion of this newbie from out of town.

1st time here and it was a great experience. The nail techs are friendly and the lady that did my nails was kind, friendly and paid attention to detail! I have had a hard time finding a nail place I like and I am glad I found 380 nails. Excited to see how my nails hold up over the next 4 weeks!
