A big shout out to 360 salon and most of all the most extraordinary service in Calistga CA. FIRST of all I have been a client of a young woman named Jeanette for appx. 5=6 years.she is my nail tech .she is proffessional.caring.and most and foremost has always done my nails beautfully!!!! She is one that listens to the wants of her client…I recommend her highly!!!! A very satisfied well seasoned calistoga woman

Four of us went to Salon 360 in preparation for a family wedding over a 2 day period. We had our nails done one day and our hair and makeup done the next day. We could not have had a better experience! On the day of our nail experience, the power was out due to the PG & E outage. Kyla and staff still made it happen and made the experience special. On the next day we had our hair and makeup done. Everyone was pleased with the results and we received lots of compliments at the wedding. We left the salon feeling as if we were family. I wish I lived closer so that I could continue to receive services at this salon. Lovely salon and even more lovely staff!

This place took advantage of two teenagers. Poor service.
I scheduled 2 gel manicures for my daughter and her friend on her 16th birthday. I spoke with Jeanette, and we scheduled a 1pm and 1:30pm appointment for each and she said they would be finished at 2:15pm. The girls showed up at 1pm and were finished and rode bikes back into Calistoga by 1:30pm. According to the website, the gel manicure costs $35 and includes all of the services of an original manicure, which includes a hand and forearm massage. They were charged $40 each and did not receive the hand and forearm massage. Basically, they received cuticle care, nail filing and gel polish for $40! We had to call the salon twice before getting in touch with Jeanette. We understand the price increase. But, when we mentioned the massage that is included, Jeanette said that they never go off of their website for pricing or service, and that they never provide a massage for gel manicures. My daughter and I both regularly get gel manicures for years and have ALWAYS received a massage.

Kyla & her staff are WONDERFUL! She always works with what YOU want (not what she thinks you should want) & is sooOOO sweet, will get you in if at all possible & her prices are great. As an ex flight attendant of many years & many salons, 360 is my favorite ever!!!

Update: 8/5/20…If U want 2 feel was safe as possible during these scary times, not only do I want out feeling so much happier with the way I look but I know everyone at 360 is working hard 2 keep everyone SAFE! LOVE Kyla!!!
