Horrible horrible experience! I went for a gel manicure and she only focused on the nails. No cleaning or massage or anything. When I asked, she just put the lotion on. The lady was extremely rude. The gel paint sucked, it was so thick and the line was not even straight. She sprayed so much alcohol on my hand and near me that my skin is cracked from dryness and o was coughing. I paid almost $50 for THIS!!!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I will never go back. I requested a manicure and pedicure without polish. Both services were completed in 25 minutes. She did not do the full pushing back of the cuticle or proper cutting. She also cut me twice and did not apologize. Both my feet and nails still look like did before I arrived for the service. It looks like nothing was done. The nail technician was rude and did not converse with me. She rushed to complete both services and charged me an obscene amount for 25 minutes of service. I advise anyone who is considering going to this nail salon to please refrain. They are terrible.

The nail technician is the most awesome knowledgeable pedicurist I have ever known. She ensured the nails and cuticles were cut close, filed so smooth, polished that lasted 2 weeks no chipping! Customer service was 5 star and the salon was clean and well organized. I also had waxing done on face and brows that was performed with accuracy and very professional. Will be back in 2 weeks. This s salon is exceptional with excellent customer service and care. The best in our area.

Dropped my daughter off at this nail salon and when I picked her up this is what her nails looked like. She paid $50 and what she asked for she was told this is what she would get. So not only did she not get what she asked for the nails themselves are not smooth or worth $50. In order to get our money back she wanted to drill all the nails off and leave her nail bed unprotected as it is 6pm on a Sunday. I let the owner know to keep her money and I would leave a review and let my friends know to never use this place. Go to Walmart and buy fake nails and do them yourself!!!! You will get a better result!
